Lambic (4, St Georges St, Port Louis) – for those who simply want to drink, Lambic is the answer for such visitors. It boasts around 70 beers from around the world, sold in the glass walled shop, including craft beers from America, Belgian Trappist beers and Young’s Double Chocolate Stout. It also serves beer-battered fish and chips in newspaper, and specialties are game with beer-based sauces. This bar also has its own microbrewery (“The Flying Dodo Brewing Company “ –at Bagatelle shopping center).
